Service Terms & Conditions Angram Pet Services

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all pet care services provided by Angram Pet Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, you (“you”, “the owner”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer:

Dog home-from-home boarding
Doggy daycare
Small pet home visits
Occasional walk, care or enrichment sessions

All services are subject to availability and suitability for your pet.

2. Booking & Payment

Bookings must be confirmed directly via email, phone or message.
A meet-and-greet may be required for new clients before acceptance.
Payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Prices are displayed on our website but may vary depending on your pet’s needs.

A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted the request.

3. Cancellations

We understand plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible.

More than 72 hours before the start date: no charge.
Less than 72 hours before the start date: a cancellation fee may apply.
No-shows: full fee may be charged.

Regular clients may have more flexible arrangements — we aim to be fair.

4. Pet Requirements

For everyone’s safety, pets using our services must:

Be up to date with vaccinations (dogs only).
Be free from fleas, worms and contagious illnesses.
Not be aggressive toward people or other animals.
Be suitably social depending on the service booked.
Be insured (recommended but not required).

We may refuse or stop a service if your pet shows concerning behaviour or illness.

5. Emergency Vet Care

If your pet becomes ill or injured while in our care:

We will contact you immediately, where possible.
We may take your pet to your registered vet or the nearest available vet.
You agree to cover any veterinary fees incurred.

Your pet’s wellbeing is always our priority.

6. Owner Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet.
Supply food, medication, leads, harnesses, and any essentials.
Disclose behavioural issues, allergies or medical needs.
Ensure your pet is microchipped (as required by law).
Provide an emergency contact during the booking.

Failure to disclose important behaviour or medical history may result in refusal of service.

7. Liability

While we take every reasonable step to care for your pet:

We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing conditions.
We cannot guarantee that injuries or illness will not occur.
We are not liable for damage your pet may cause while in our care or during home visits.
We are not responsible for belongings left with your pet (beds, toys, etc.)

Your pet stays in a home environment and normal risks apply (play, exercise, interaction, etc.)

8. Home Visits (Small Pets)

For home visit services, you agree that:

We will have access to your property at agreed times.
We are not responsible for household issues unrelated to pet care (breakages, electrical faults, etc.)
Keys or access instructions will be stored securely and never shared.

9. Photos & Updates

We often take photos to update owners or promote our services.

We will never publish your name, address or personal details.
If you prefer that photos of your pet not be used, just let us know.

10. Behaviour & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

A dog shows aggression or unpredictable behaviour.
A pet’s needs cannot safely be met.
A pet is unwell or poses a risk to others.

Your pet’s safety — and the safety of others — is always our priority.
