We pop in once or twice a day (depending on what you prefer) to feed, refresh water, clean living areas and give your pets a little company and reassurance. Because they stay in their own familiar surroundings, there’s no travel stress or disruption to their usual routine.
Our calm, unhurried approach means we take time to check that everything is as it should be — from eating and behaviour to general comfort — and keep you updated with messages and photos so you always know how your small pets are doing.

Spot-cleaning hutches, cages or litter trays as needed, refreshing bedding and keeping living areas tidy, comfortable and hygienic.
💚 Company & Welfare Checks
Gentle interaction, calm company and a quick health and behaviour check, so we can spot anything unusual and let you know straight away.

Each visit is calm, unrushed and tailored to your pets, so they feel safe and settled while you’re away.
- Arrival – We arrive quietly, greet your pets and make sure everything looks safe and secure.
- Feeding – Follow your usual feeding routine, refresh water and offer any fresh food you’ve left for them.
- Cleaning – Spot-clean hutches, cages or litter trays, remove soiled bedding and tidy up around their living space.
- Company – Gentle interaction, strokes or calm presence (if your pets enjoy this), always working at their pace.
- Updates – Send a quick message and photo where possible, so you know they’ve been seen and cared for.

Small Pet Visit – Frequently Asked Questions
We regularly look after rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils and other similar small pets. If you have birds, reptiles or something a little more unusual, just ask — we’re happy to discuss what’s needed.
Visits typically last around 20–30 minutes, depending on what’s needed that day. Longer visits may be available on request if your pets need extra time or care.
Yes — we always spot-clean during each visit, including removing soiled bedding and refreshing litter as needed. Full deep cleans can be arranged by request.
We’re happy to do simple extras such as bringing in post, adjusting lights or curtains, or watering a few plants — just let us know when you book.
