Daytime Dog Care – Frequently Asked Questions

👜 What should I bring for my dog’s day care?

Please bring your dog’s usual food, their lead, collar/harness, and any treats or toys they especially love. If they have a favourite blanket or comfort item, feel free to include it.

🐶 Do you offer trial sessions?

Yes — we recommend a short introductory visit so your dog can meet us, explore the environment and feel comfortable before their full stay.

📅 How far in advance should I book?

Spaces are limited, so booking early is advised, especially during school holidays or busy seasonal periods.

⏱️ Will my dog ever be left alone?

Dogs are rarely left alone. If we need to pop out briefly, dogs are left safely in the home for short periods only and always checked on as soon as we return.
