Hi, I’m Jen — a lifelong animal lover with over 12 years’ hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, rabbits and small pets.
Based in Angram, I provide calm, home-from-home care with a focus on comfort, routine and individual attention. I’m fully licensed, insured and trained, giving pet owners complete peace of mind while they’re away.
I specialise in creating a relaxed rural environment where pets feel safe, happy and part of the family — whether it’s daytime play, regular enrichment, gentle grooming sessions or overnight stays.

I’m based in Angram, North Yorkshire. Most of the pets I care for come from Angram and the surrounding villages and towns. If you’re not sure whether you’re within my area, just send me a message and I’ll let you know.
I’ll ask you to complete a short pet information form so I know all about your dog’s routine, likes, dislikes, health needs and emergency contacts. For new clients, I usually arrange a quick meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy before confirming a stay.
For everyone’s safety, dogs must be up to date with their core vaccinations, flea and worm treatment. I don’t insist on neutering, but I may not be able to accept dogs in season or entire males in certain situations. I strongly recommend that your pet is insured.
Boarding includes a cosy home environment, regular walks, playtime, feeding to your usual routine and plenty of fuss and company. You provide your dog’s food, lead, collar, and anything that helps them feel at home, such as their bed or favourite toys.
Drop-off and collection are arranged on a case-by-case basis. I’m happy to be flexible where possible — just let me know your preferred times when you enquire and I’ll confirm what’s possible.
